Josef Haber is head of Functional Crop Care Europe in BASF SE. BASF belongs to the very large membership category, based in Germany with activity in all EU countries, and specialised in the production of micro-organism and soil-/fertilizer additives.
Trained as an agronomist with a PhD in soil science, Josef will bring a lot of technical background into the discussion. In 30 years in BASF he worked in development and marketing and has also been actively involved in several trade associations (e.g. ECPA, IVA) and some NGOs (e.g. IFAMA).
He is new to EBIC, but is motivated to contribute the perspective and experience of a large company with both chemical crop protection and growing portfolio of biocontrol and biostimulant products.
