Nicolas Willaume is Regulatory Affairs Director in CFPR Groupe Roullier, which belongs to the very large membership category and is one of the founding members of EBIC that has always been closely involved in EBIC’s missions. The Groupe Roullier relies on its industrial and technical know-how, its unique sales force and an ambitious innovation policy to meet the specific needs of its customers in Plant Nutrition, Animal Nutrition and Food Industry. The Group, a French private company of 8,000 collaborators, sells its products worldwide in more than 131 countries. Its large portfolio of biostimulants has represented a significant part of the Group’s European business for many years, has helped farmers improving their crop yield and quality, and has contributed to their farms profitability.

Nicolas Willaume as an agricultural engineer, he has been working for 15 years in the agrosupply industry. His previous professional experiences in different companies as Agronomist, Marketing Manager, and Product Development Manager gave him a deep understanding of the agrosupply market and its challenges. In his current role as Regulatory Affairs Director, he manages a team of 14 collaborators. Being involved in several working groups within EBIC, including the PASG (Public affairs steering group), the Regulatory Committee, the standardization, and the French national task force, he gained a better understanding of the organization’s structure and decision-making processes. 

With all these skills and experiences Nicolas Willaume can contribute to the Board of Directors’ mission to make agriculture more sustainable through the growth and development of the European Biostimulant Industry.
