Sandro Secco is in charge of International Fertilizers and Nutrients Marketing at SIPCAM, an Italian multinational leader in agrochemicals and the premier Italian group worldwide. SIPCAM produces humic acids & amino acids as part of its biostimulants portfolio and has an active market presence in Europe (in Belgium, Croatia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the UK) and in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Australia and China.

Sandro has held senior roles in product development and marketing at Syngenta Seeds and TIMAC ITALY, a member of the Roullier Group. He has also driven sales and marketing at Nufarm Italy and marketing at Valagro, an Italian multinational group that leads the market for specialty fertilizers.

Sandro believes that biostimulants are a key agricultural input and will play an increasingly important role in the future of agriculture, not only in Europe, but worldwide. Sandro also strongly believes that Europe will lead the way in defining and developing the regulatory way forward for the sector as a whole.
